Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs your use of ClarityCore MCP, operated by Context Clarity, Inc. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to abide by these terms. This policy exists to protect the platform, its users, and third parties from harm.

Permitted Use

ClarityCore MCP is designed for legitimate professional and commercial purposes. Permitted uses include research and analysis, business intelligence, software development, medical and legal document preparation, financial modeling, and any other lawful activity consistent with our service's capabilities. You may use the platform on behalf of your organization, subject to your plan's seat and usage limits.

Prohibited Use

  • Illegal activity of any kind, including violating applicable local, national, or international law
  • Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual or group
  • Generating, distributing, or facilitating malware, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious code
  • Circumventing or probing security systems, authentication, or access controls
  • Automated scraping or bulk data extraction that exceeds your plan's rate limits or violates third-party terms of service
  • Reselling or sublicensing access to ClarityCore tools or APIs without explicit written permission from Context Clarity
  • Impersonating another user, organization, or entity
  • Training competing AI models or services using ClarityCore outputs at scale

Rate Limits and Fair Use

Each plan tier carries defined rate limits and credit allocations. You agree not to abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits. API keys are personal and non-transferable — sharing keys with unauthorized parties is a violation of this policy and may result in immediate suspension. Usage that degrades service quality for other users, whether intentional or not, is also prohibited. Context Clarity reserves the right to throttle or suspend accounts that generate disproportionate load.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in account suspension, permanent termination, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate. Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds of any kind, including unused credits or prepaid subscription fees. Context Clarity may take action without prior notice when violations pose an immediate risk to the platform or its users.
