Common questions

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Prorated credits are applied automatically.

What happens if I exceed my rate limit?

Requests over your limit receive a 429 response with a Retry-After header. No data is lost. Upgrade your plan for higher limits, or contact sales for custom arrangements.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to your plan's tools during the trial.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers via Paddle. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Contact sales for annual pricing on Private and Enterprise plans.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Multi-tenant isolation ensures your queries, results, and data are never shared or used for training. Private and Enterprise plans include additional data isolation guarantees.
