Terms of Service

Effective: May 1, 2026  ·  Version 2.0

01Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ClarityCoreMCP and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Context Clarity, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02Description of Service

ClarityCoreMCP is an AI-powered cross-domain intelligence platform delivered as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. The Service provides AI-generated responses with citation checking and validation layers, accessible through compatible MCP clients including Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, and VS Code.

The Service is a research and analysis tool. It does not provide professional advice in any domain. All outputs should be independently verified before use in any decision-making context. You assume full responsibility for how you use the information the Service provides.

03AI Limitations — Read This Carefully

AI will produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading outputs. This is inherent to the technology, not a defect in the Service.

The Service employs multiple validation layers, including a 9-module reasoning middleware, citation checking, evidence ranking, and grounding gates. These systems meaningfully reduce error rates. They do not eliminate errors. Wrong answers will still occur, and they will occur regularly.

Confident-sounding wrong answers are the most dangerous kind of AI failure. The Service may present fabricated information, misinterpreted sources, outdated data, or logically flawed conclusions with the same tone and formatting as accurate responses. There is no reliable way to distinguish correct from incorrect outputs based on how they sound.

Sources cited by the Service may be wrong, outdated, taken out of context, misattributed, or entirely fabricated. Citation formatting that looks authoritative does not guarantee the underlying source exists, says what is claimed, or remains current. Always verify primary sources directly.

The Service reduces the probability of error compared to unvalidated AI. It does not and cannot guarantee accuracy. You must independently verify any output before relying on it for decisions of any consequence.

Context Clarity, Inc. is not responsible for any decision, action, loss, or harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs from this Service, regardless of how many validation layers were applied to the output.

04Domain-Specific Disclaimers

The following disclaimers apply even when the AI sounds authoritative, cites sources, or expresses high confidence. Validation layers do not transform AI output into professional advice.

  • Real Estate: Service outputs are not a substitute for a licensed appraiser, real estate broker, home inspector, or surveyor. Do not rely on AI-generated property valuations, market analyses, or condition assessments for purchase, sale, or lending decisions.
  • Legal: Service outputs are not legal advice and are not a substitute for a licensed attorney. Do not rely on AI-generated legal analysis for contracts, disputes, regulatory compliance, or any matter with legal consequences.
  • Medical: Service outputs are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or other qualified healthcare provider. Never use AI-generated health information to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about medical conditions.
  • Financial: Service outputs are not financial advice and are not a substitute for a licensed financial advisor, CPA, CFP, or registered investment advisor. Do not rely on AI-generated analysis for investment decisions, retirement planning, or portfolio management.
  • Insurance: Service outputs are not insurance advice and are not a substitute for a licensed insurance agent or broker. Do not rely on AI-generated analysis for coverage decisions, claims strategy, or policy selection.
  • Tax: Service outputs are not tax advice and are not a substitute for a CPA, enrolled agent, or tax attorney. Do not rely on AI-generated analysis for tax planning, filing, or compliance decisions.

If the Service generates output touching any regulated domain, you are solely responsible for engaging an appropriately licensed professional before acting on that output.

05Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

06Billing and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf. Your purchase is subject to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to these Terms.

The Service uses credit-based billing. Each subscription tier includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed per request, with consumption varying based on the complexity and tier of the request. Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods. We may offer overage pricing in the future, which would be subject to separate terms communicated before activation.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time or unused credits within a billing cycle.

If your usage consistently results in costs that significantly exceed the revenue from your subscription tier, we may contact you to discuss upgrading to an appropriate tier or adjusting usage patterns. We will provide reasonable notice before taking any action that affects your service level.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

07Usage Limits and Fair Use

The Service enforces rate limits, per-request credit caps, and daily usage limits that vary by subscription tier. These limits exist to maintain service quality for all users and to ensure the sustainability of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time. For paid subscription tiers, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before reducing limits below those in effect at the time of your most recent subscription payment. For free and trial tiers, limits may change without prior notice.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exhibit usage patterns that threaten service sustainability, degrade performance for other users, or exceed reasonable use for the applicable tier. “Reasonable use” means usage consistent with the intended purpose and documented limits of your subscription tier.

Automated and scripted access is permitted within published rate limits but is subject to additional monitoring. We reserve the right to require identification of automated access and to apply separate limits to programmatic usage if necessary to protect service quality.

08Free and Trial Accounts

Free and trial tiers are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We make no guarantee of availability, uptime, or performance for free and trial accounts.

Trial accounts expire 14 days after creation unless converted to a paid subscription. Upon expiration, access to the Service will be suspended. Your data will be retained for 30 days following expiration to allow for conversion to a paid plan, after which it may be deleted.

We may require invite codes for trial access and may revoke or expire invite codes at any time. Receipt of an invite code does not guarantee continued access to the Service.

We reserve the right to limit or suspend free and trial accounts at any time for any reason, including if aggregate free-tier costs exceed sustainable thresholds for the business.

09Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service outputs as a competing product
  • Transmit malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with Service infrastructure
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, credit caps, or access controls
  • Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates third-party rights
  • Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-authored professional advice
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, trial restrictions, or billing requirements
  • Share API keys with unauthorized users or publish API keys in public repositories or forums
  • Use automated systems to create multiple trial or free accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

10Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation, middleware, validation systems, and underlying models, is owned by Context Clarity, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Service itself.

You retain ownership of your input data (queries, uploaded content). We claim no ownership over your inputs or the outputs generated in response to them. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

11Data Processing

User queries are processed by AI models to generate responses. Results may be cached to improve performance and reduce latency. Cached data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users.

For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

12Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Context Clarity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose, including any professional or regulated use.

In no event shall Context Clarity be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Context Clarity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on AI-generated outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to the email address associated with your account. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us directly.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination and are not refundable. Sections 03, 04, 06, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.

15Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in Denver, Colorado. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

16Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
